2. May I take a tour if I am not staying at one of hotels listed?
Absolutely, you can certainly take any of our tours if your hotel is not listed. We use those hotels as meeting points in our daily route. You can also choose to meet us at our Main Stop in Downtown Miami (Holiday Inn Downtown 340 Biscayne Blvd Miami, FL). It is the first Option in the Drop Down Menu of Hotels to pick you up.
3. Can I book your tours once I am in Miami?
We strongly recommend you book them in advance to reserve your seats on any of our tours. More than 30 million people visited our city last year and we wouldn't want you to miss our tours for any reason.
4. Do you have any discounts?
Sure we do, just check on our homepage daily as we give discount codes typically of 5% on any order. Just get the discount code and enter it in the appropriate box in the check out page.
5. Do you work with Travel Agencies?
We are happy here at Miami Adventures that many travel agencies from different parts of the globe use our services here in Miami for their valued clients. Of course, we offer Wholesale Prices for our partners. We simplify and simplify the ordering of reservations for all our partners. 7. Do the tours get cancelled if it rains?
Lots of sunshine in Miami, but because of our sub-tropical regions we may get what they call Light Showers. When this happens, it rains rather hard for 30 min-45 min and then the clouds dissipate, the rain goes away, and the sun comes right out. To answer your question, rain is nothing to worry about, and tours do not typically get cancelled because of rain.
8. What is your Hurricane Cancellation Policy?
If there were to be a Hurricane Advisory Threat, we will at Miami Adventures Tours immediately give you a 100% refund. Fortunately, in Miami we get an actual hurricane about once every 10 years so the chances of it happening to you are very slim.
9. Do you have a physical store location or are you an online store?
Yes, we do have a physical location here in beautiful South Beach. We are located in 2895 Collins Avenue Miami Beach, FL 33139. You can press the link on the About Us Tab of the main menu where you can click the Store Map Location.
10. Do you accept Bitcoin?
In an effort to help our customers from abroad to limit their expenses, we now accept Bitcoin as payment. Bitcoin payment of course will help them bypass credit card fees and currency exchange fees.

Absolutely! Here at Miami Adventures Tours we accept Paypal transactions.
12. Where should we wait for the tour bus?
Please, wait for us at the appointed time right outside the hotel with clear visibility of the main road in front of the hotel. We use large, comfortable Sightseeing Buses that cannot come up most hotel's small vehicle ramps.
13. May I re-schedule if I missed the tour ?
Yes, you may. We understand that sometimes things happens when you're traveling (get sick, overbooked hotel reservation, change of destination, or simply oversleeping) so we may be able to book you on another date. However, an extra nominal fee of $25 may apply.
14. What should I do if I miss my tour ?
Please send us an email from your smartphone as soon as possible so may have record of your request to change the tour etc.
13. How do we recognize the tour guide?
This is easy. All our tour guides have bright yellow polo shirts with our company logo embroidered both in the front and in the back. These polo shirts are so bright you can see them ahlf a mile away. No kidding!
14. Should I print a receipt to show the tour guide?
We understand that you may not have a printer handy when you're traveling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, we require that you show I.D. matching your reservation and also the Order # that is immediately emailed to you after you make your reservation.
